The Rotary Centre Castleton sleeps up to 50 people and is available for hire for weeks and weekends throughout the year.
Situated only 18 miles from Sheffield and 25 miles from Manchester, the Rotary Centre is popular with schools, youth groups, church groups, Scouts, Guides, ramblers clubs and artist groups.
We have a large hall/dining room, a fully-equipped catering kitchen with large gas cookers and a separate scullery/washing room.
Accommodation is provided in ground-floor and first-floor dormitories which contain two- and four-bedded rooms with showers on both floors. All bunk beds have a mattress with cover provided although users bring their own bedding or sleeping bags. There is also a two-bedded room with en-suite facilities.
A wooden building with large sports hall or games room is available along with a separate entrance to two rooms, each containing two single beds and a toilet and shower.
During your stay at The Rotary Centre, Castleton, your group will have exclusive use of the building and use of the large grassed area for playing games and other activities.
Provisions are available from the local shops and milk can be delivered by the neighbouring farmer.
Inspection visits by organisers are welcomed and recommended to view the quality accommodation available.
